Jeremy + Mariko Wang | Cleaning

I have been managing a South Pasadena apartment building for the past 15 years, and I have seen a lot of move-outs. I have also used a lot of different cleaning services. I recently made the switch to Jeremy's company, and I am so glad I did! When a unit is cleaned, I want it to feel like a fresh start for the new occupants. I want the incoming tenants to feel at home, to feel that their new space is a tabula rasa to make all their own. Dirt and grime left behind by the old tenant totally ruins that feeling, and Jeremy seems to understand that. The place I manage was built in the 1950s; it's never going to look new. But Jeremy gets it feeling new, through thorough cleaning and attention to detail. I appreciate his communication beforehand, his consideration during, and his follow-up afterwards. I would definitely use again and recommend.

Jeremy is simply the best!!! With an older home, we were dreading moving in because of the overwhelming task of cleaning and repairing. Not only did Jeremy clean the home completely, he has made it really feel it's best with special attention to the windows and areas that we were concerned about. Even with the weekend of rain that followed, everything was still extremely clean!.

I had Jeremy clean a 4,400 sqft home for a client that recently moved out. His team did an amazing job and worked hard all day to clean the place. They even cleaned out all the item remaining inside the house and organized it in a net pile for the seller. Thanks Jeremy!
